Learn how to bake Karelian pirogues and buns!!

Now you have a great chance to become an even better chef than you already are.

We will be baking Karjalanpiirakka and Laskiaispulla in four shifts and can accommodate 10 persons in every shift.

Where: Finnish Church, 83 Christopher Street

When: Tuesday, February 21

Cost: FF NYMC members $20, non-members $30

Cost includes all ingredients, split pea soup with ham (hernekeitto) and coffee. We will serve egg butter with pirogues and what you don't eat at the premises you are welcome to take home.

Advance registration is needed. Please send an email to Kristiina Lieri by Thursday, February 16th and indicate which of the following groups you would wish to join:

3:00 to 4:30

4:30 to 6:00

6:00 to 7:30

7:30 to 9:00
